2026 - Current: Principal, Digital Product Innovation Lead

Partner with Senior Leadership to define strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver Patagonia’s most complex omnichannel innovation initiatives from vision through operationalization.

Co-create and lead strategy for major innovation initiatives with senior leaders, defining north stars, success criteria, and investment priorities across product, UX, technology, and business units.

Lead discovery and strategic framing for new omnichannel initiatives spanning customer experience, operations, and emerging digital and physical touchpoints — translate long-term vision into executable near- and mid-term plans; driving 0 to 1 product initiatives from concept through launch.

Build and lead early-stage cross-functional teams through ambiguity; scale broader delivery teams as direction crystallizes — maintain accountability to outcomes, tradeoffs, and sustained operationalization.

Own end-to-end strategic planning and delivery for complex, enterprise-scale initiatives: scope definition, sequencing, milestones, resourcing models, capacity planning, and budget forecasting.

Mentor junior and mid-level product managers — provide coaching on strategic framing, stakeholder navigation, and product delivery to accelerate their growth and elevate team capability.

 

2024 - 2026: Senior Digital Product Manager, Circularity & Emerging Businesses

Defined product vision and led integration of Circularity initiatives (Worn Wear & Trade In) on patagonia.com -- establishing the long-term digital ecosystem, operating model, and roadmap to scale circular commerce.

Owned multi-year product strategy across Emerging Businesses (Patagonia Provisions), translating brand and business priorities into MVPs, phased roadmaps, and FY planning aligned to customer, technical, and operational needs.

Led complex, cross-functional planning & execution across engineering, UX, content, operations, and external partners -- established governance, executive alignment, and risk management to deliver large-scale initiatives on time.

Directed enterprise-level system automations (discovery, RFP, vendor selection, and roadmap) to streamline workflows, improve data integrity, restore operational capacity, and enable scalable automation.
